All registered voters in PA can now vote by mail, you can request your vote by mail documents at the following website:
You do not need to have an excuse, such as illness or being out of the area. Just complete the online application and you will receive a follow up from the Commonwealth informing you that you are enrolled in vote by mail and will receive your ballot and you can indicate that you want to continue to vote by mail in future elections.
