Updated policy regarding getting copies of files from OWCP -

Due to the current work from home policy OWCP now lets you request a copy of your file to be transmitted to you by email. You need to send in a letter asking for a copy, or updated copy, of your file and indicate in your letter that you want to receive it by email.


You should NOT provide your work email address. Provide a personal email address and be sure that you have enough space to receive attachments. Larger files are being broken into pieces to avoid bounces caused by attaching too large of a file.
