OWCP has created a mechanism for you to see your file in real time by setting up and verifying your identity. If you only register but do not complete the ID verification process, you do not get full access. Furthermore, its my understanding from OWCP staff that in the next 30-45 days there will be a way for you to give access to a representative, referred to by OWCP as "Entities" to also have access to your file.
If you have not yet completed the steps to set up full access you should follow up and do so.
