OWCP in a post CNSI world - billing problems - a message for medical providers

The transition by OWCP to its new billing contractor CNSI seems to have been an unmitigated disaster for medical providers.

While there was all sorts of messaging in the lead up to the change that there would be a seamless transition, that has not been the case. I have assisted multiple medical providers who have been unable to resolve their set up and billing issues with the new system due to the myriad problems with the new billing system software that simply did not work when it went live and the stories about the lack of any competent assistance from the CNSI "help line" led one medical office to refer to them as the "no help line."

Please do not give up on these claims. If you are the person handling medical billing and have been unable to resolve the enrollment and/or billing problems since the transition to CNSI please reach out to me so that I can help connect you with someone at OWCP who really is trying to help resolve these problems.

Kindly write me a brief message and provide your contact information through my website at this link and I will follow up with you:

If you are a FECA claimant whose medical provider is having billing problems with CNSI's handling of OWCP bills, please share this post with your medical provider.

Was Stephen Maturo MD the DMA in your OWCP claim?

I have seen three DMA memos in hearing loss cases by this physician and in EVERY case he invented a reason to reduce the claimant's hearing loss or simply say that the hearing loss is not work related
