Just a quick update, having now utilized OWCP's new process for resolving CNSI problems, I want to say that the process seems to be working well. Medical providers who are stuck in a CNSI world, not receiving responses to authorization requests, receiving EOBs on denied bills that simply make no sense, and otherwise receiving feedback from CNSI that has no connection to reality, please don't give up on treating federal employees for their FECA cases. There is a process that can be utilized to solve these problems.
