New mailing addresses for OWCP / DFEC

Effective April 21, 2020 the processing of mail and bills was switched to a new contract with a company called CNSI. As we have all experienced, unfortunately, CNSI was not prepared and there has been a massive failure on their part that has caused massive delays and headaches for OWCP Stakeholders due to the failure of CNSI to have a working system on the day that their system went live.

One detail that has been somewhat overlooked is the change in mailing address for all mail directed to OWCP. While everything used to be sent to the one address in London KY, its important to note that there are now TWO mailing addresses, one for case correspondence and the other for Medical Bills and Claimant Reimbursements. If you are still mailing things to OWCP, be sure to use the correct address for what you are sending:

General Case Correspondence should be sent to:

U.S. Department of Labor

P.O. Box 34090

San Antonio, TX 78265

Medical Bills and Claimant Reimbursements should be sent to:

U.S. Department of Labor

P.O. Box 34450

San Antonio, TX 78265
