OWCP updates Telemedicine rules for federal employee workers compensation cases (FECA)

OWCP has released FECA Bulletin No. 21-08 (Telemedicine for Routine Appointments - Updated) which explains that based upon the past year's experience, they have revised the original version of the guidance found in FECA Bulletin 21-02 (Telemedicine for Routine Appointments).
