The current administration seems to be preparing to take another stab at "reforming" (ie cutting benefits) the FECA program. This GAO study does not necessarily support many of the current talking points about the program being too generous but is an interesting read
So far there has been too much other distraction, but OWCP claimants should fear a second term of this administration as the changes in the program are already creating havoc without the benefit of the proposed changes to the law.
